Dr. Banjo is a clinical psychologist and Kerry, a clinical social worker. Together they own Embodied Psychotherapy Portland. Kerry & Dr. Banjo will help us find perspective and understanding in the bewildering mix of emotions many of us are feeling today.

Arlene VilaHost2Host member, will be our Moderator.

We've asked Kerry & Dr. Banjo to cover some specific issues, like:

  • FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)
  • Feelings of Guilt and/or Grief
  • Lack of Motivation
  • Poor sleep and strange dreams

After their presentation we'll jump right into a Q&A to discuss your biggest concerns. Have a question now? Please share it in the link below and your's will be first up.

About our presenters:

Kerry Weymouth, MDiv, LCSW

For the last 15 years, Kerry has worked with people and families facing cancer, caring for an aging loved one, and navigating end-of-life issues and the journey through grief. Her work has taken her many places: into people’s homes as an eldercare manager; hospitals as a Buddhist chaplain; a cancer wellness center as a meditation teacher, support group facilitator, and counselor; hospice as a spiritual care provider; an oncology outpatient clinic as a medical social worker; and for the last several years, into private practice as a psychotherapist serving the broader mental health needs of the community.

Banjo Weymouth, PsyD

Banjo is a licensed clinical psychologist who is oriented towards helping people access their innate wisdom and natural proclivity towards healthy functioning in both body and mind. He is oriented towards holding a space for people to explore their inner wilderness, with all of its rawness, challenges, and gifts.  Banjo has been working as a therapist since 2001. He completed his doctorate degree in clinical psychology at Pacific University, with his dissertation research focusing on the integration of mindfulness and psychotherapy.
