WELCOME HOSTS! Host2Host exists because you asked for it. You made it clear there was a need for an advocate to speak on behalf of independent, short-term rental hosts. Host2Host elevates the voice of hosts in three specific areas: Advocacy. Community. Education. These key areas form the foundation of our organization. Host2Host is founded on the belief that together, we are stronger. Through ADVOCACY, we protect and advance our common interests. Through COMMUNITY, we strengthen our relationships with each other and with the people and businesses in our neighborhoods. Through EDUCATION, we learn from each other and raise our professional hospitality practices. Host2Host is an independent 501(c)6 nonprofit trade association created by hosts, for hosts. Portland, Oregon Angela and her husband own a short-term rental in southeast Portland. It's a lovely studio loft above their detached garage. A Superhost with 5+ years of experience, Angela loves trying out new technology and providing meaningful improvements to her guests’ experience. She is also a Registered Dietitian (which means she loves all things food), and as a 3-time marathoner, basks in the solace of a runner’s high. A Neighborhood Emergency Volunteer, she just wrapped up a two-year term on the Host2Host Board of Directors. She loves to learn from others, so you'll often find her at weekly coffees and meet-ups. |
