Become a better host by understanding and addressing your own implicit biases.

What is "implicit bias"?

Implicit bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions and decisions in an unconscious manner.

How are your hosting practices influenced by your implicit bias?  Learn to identify them and what you can do about them in this mini-workshop by Resolutions NW.

Understanding yourself will make you a better host - and this is what makes our Portland group so great.  Don't miss this one!

Purchase dinner and drinks on your own.  Please order at the bar and honor our venue with a purchase. The workshop itself is paid for by Host2Host.

  • 6:30pm: purchase food & drink, networking
  • 7:00pm: program begins
